The plants you receive may range from having leaves and actively growing, to being in a dormant (resting) state and showing few if any signs of life. However, you can be assured that plants are ready to spring to life once they’re planted.

Select an area in the garden that receives full sun to partial shade where the soil drains well, loosen the soil to a depth of 6-10 in. and amend with compost if necessary, place bulbs into the soil 1-2 in. below the soil level, plants should be spaced 24-48 in. apart and water well.
